It is another sunny day on the Agua Dulce beach in Lima, Peru.
In the Summer months of December to April, Agua Dulce finds itself full of people. As many as 40,000 people a day visit the half-mile-long (kilometer-long) strip of Agua Dulce. From children digging holes into the sand to Venezuelan street vendors and other beachgoers hauling enormous pots of fragrant chicken and rice, it is a place to enjoy.
It is a loud, chaotic and colorful scenario. I decided to portray the loudness and liveliness of the beach in B&W.
