Budapest’s Chinatown

An unexpected Chinatown lies in the District X in Budapest, Hungary. This low-key,  unconventional market is home to Asian merchandise and to small international shops. The pastel-colored walls and poorly structured market halls surrounded by nearby Communist-era buildings are what makes this area special and timeless. Along with the many languages being spoken, the unfamiliarity and discreet trade give an exotic feel.

Greetings from Budapest. XX
